Oversaw and aligned creative design team’s activities with department and organizational OKRs and KPIs.

Implemented scalable self-serve design and project management systems in accordance with industry best practices.

Lead and developed designers and creative leads.

Responsible for championing overall brand, design strategy roadmap and creative project traffic control.
